All other "stand alone applications" come as an executable file that is covered by a proprietary licence detailed below. The use of the code is covered by the following end user licence agreement. This licence agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and Strictly Software, (referred to as "licencer"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase, install or use the Strictly Google Sitemap Plugin otherwise you will face legal action. All Strictly Software plugins and applications not covered by GNU GPL licences are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All Strictly Software plugins and applications not covered by GNU GPL licences are also covered by UK and European Union laws and regulations that cover intellectual property rights and copyright laws and treaties. All Strictly Software plugins and applications not covered by GNU GPL licences are licenced, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENCE. All Strictly Software applications and Wordpress plugins not covered by GNU GPL licence are licenced as follows: (a) Installation and Use. Strictly Software grants you the right to install and use copies of the software on any of your Wordpress sites that are running PHP 5+ and Wordpress 3.8+. For standalone Windows applications Strictly Software grants you the right to install and use one copy per PC. If you get a new computer you are allowed to copy the file from the old PC to the new one but you are not allowed to give the executable file to any person or company who has not paid for the application. (b) Backup Copies. You may also make copies of any Wordpress plugin or standalone application as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes. (c) Modification You may not reverse engineer any executable code or modify the source code of any standalone application. (d) Updates As many applications or plugins are updated constantly and the price of purchase is very low (the cost of a small donation) you are NOT entitled to updates to the product unless for bug fixing purposes. If you want another release you will need to pay for another version. NOTE - DO NOT USE THE WORDPRESS PLUGINS PAGE TO TRY AND UPDATE THIS PLUGIN! The WordPress plugin page only handles updates for the free version NOT paid versions. The paid version has nothing to do with WordPress.com as they do not allow plugin authors to sell their plugins on their site. So do not try and upgrade using their site as it will overwrite your paid for version (with more features) with the latest free version (with fewer options). 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. (a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices. Evaluation versions available for download from Strictly Software's websites may be freely distributed without restriction. (c) Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend the plugin or application to persons or companies who have not purchased the code or application themselves. (d) Sales of derivative products You may create your own derivative works that utilise the Strictly Google Sitemap Class Library or other Wordpress plugin code not covered by the GNU General Public Licence and use them for personal use. You may not sell derivative works that rely on any proprietary Strictly Software code without prior approval. If you do wish to create derivative works for sale please contact Strictly Software to discuss terms of business. (e) Support Services. Strictly Software may provide you with support services related to any product bought from the Strictly Software site. If you download this software from a 3rd party site that has not been given permission to re-sell or download the plugin or application you will not be entitled to any support from the company and your terms and conditions are nullified and void and you may be subject to legal action for obtaining Strictly Software code illegally. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of any Strictly Software plugin or application is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
